The Opportunity
As an Email/Chat/Phone Specialist, you'll engage with hundreds of customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers get the right seats at the right price, and that their overall experience with blithequark is nothing short of exceptional. You'll be part of a team that thrives on making connections with our customers, troubleshooting technical concerns, and answering questions about events or our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally, responding to queries about purchases, orders, inventory, and upcoming events.
 - Provide proactive support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, utilizing internal and external technology to manage order fulfillment.

 - Utilize Zendesk or similar help desk software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.

What You'll Bring
To succeed as an Email/Chat/Phone Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, and live chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 - A sense of curiosity to ask questions and a keenness to improve upon your work, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
 - A passion for live events (sports, concerts, or theatre), with a deep understanding of what makes them special.
 - A flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling responses that delight customers.

Schedule and Compensation
As an Email/Chat/Phone Specialist at blithequark, you'll work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Your schedule will be:
- 1:30pm-10:00pm Thursday/Friday off
 - 1:30pm-10:00pm Monday/Tuesday off
 
In terms of compensation, you'll receive:
- A competitive base salary of $40,000, with bi-annual bonuses and equity.
