We're seeking a skilled and customer-centric Customer Support Associate to join our remote team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our internal engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and product adoption. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our business and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and our Hubspot support portal, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive comprehensive support.
  • Escalate and investigate bugs and product questions with the engineering team, utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its applications to effectively address customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill solutions from multiple sources of information.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and note-taking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $40k - $50k depending on experience. Our benefits include:
