About the Role
As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our customers around the clock. This critical role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be an integral part of our 24/7 Customer Service department, working on a shift rotation with a team of dedicated representatives to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or issues with products or services, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer contacts, explaining possible solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing tense situations to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Strive to comply with or exceed call center metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Participate in training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency with computers, including CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of iCasino and Online Sports Betting platforms.
