Key Responsibilities

 - Troubleshooting: Examine technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during the 24/7 client support project.
 - Technical Communication: Handle technical processes and communicate them effectively to less-technical individuals, ensuring clarity and understanding.
 - Quality Management: Manage, monitor, and improve the quality of the tech support process, ensuring high standards are maintained.
 
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory for effective communication with clients and team members.
 - Customer Relationship: Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers, providing them with a positive experience.
 - Troubleshooting Ability: Solid troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Working Hours and Schedules
We operate on various shift schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. The available schedules include:
- 4-shift schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotations between 12 am - 9 am US EST and 4 pm - 12 am US EST, and full coverage on weekends.
 - 2-shift schedule: Rotations between 9 pm - 9 am CST and 9 am - 9 pm CST.
 - 5-day shift: Sunday to Thursday or similar, 11 am - 7 pm EST.
