The Opportunity
As a Seller Operations Associate (Customer Service Representative) at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our sellers and customers, handling calls and responding to emails on a wide range of event and order-related questions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving issues fairly and constructively, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
Role Expectations and Progression
As a Seller Operations Associate, you will progress through various stages of development, acquiring new skills and taking on additional responsibilities. Here's an overview of what you can expect in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:
First 30 Days: Setting the Foundation
- Complete comprehensive new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of blithequark's operations and the live event industry.
- Develop knowledge of ticket marketplaces and how you contribute to delivering great experiences for our customers.
- Acquire industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
60-90 Days: Taking on Additional Responsibilities
- Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Navigate the order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
Beyond 90 Days: Continued Growth and Development
- Play an active role in continued learning to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Work Environment and Schedule
blithequark is located in Coppell, TX, and offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The work schedule for this role is:
- The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, for paid training in the office.
- 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off, or 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
Compensation and Benefits
blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $40,000, with overtime eligibility.
- Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grants.
