Job Overview
In this multi-faceted role, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. As a consultative sales expert, you will help customers stay connected to what matters most, while driving to meet your daily and monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services.
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required.
- Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
- Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements.
- Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, as well as blithequark-provided software and applications.
What We Offer
At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00, paid out as follows: $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 12 months of hire. Our Customer Service Representatives (WFH) earn between $627.50 and $705.00 weekly, with an average starting salary of $33,696 per year. Additionally, you can earn up to $3000 per month in extra compensation when you meet your sales goals and performance expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required.
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection).
- A workspace that meets blithequark's WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, noise levels, and Clean Desk policy requirements.
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, following technical support processes, and complying with organizational security and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
- Familiarity with blithequark's products and services (or similar technology and communications products).
