About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to have a reliable computer with a validated copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS, a USB headset and webcam, and at least one 15" or larger monitor. Your internet speed should be at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred. Additionally, you will need to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace, be able to sit for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity and typing skills of at least 40 WPM with 80% accuracy.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
