About the Role: Data Entry Specialist - Remote
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our e-Fulfillment team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
 - Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
 - Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
 - Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
 - Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
 
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and a strong foundation in administrative support is desirable
 - A high school diploma or GED is required, and post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
 - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on quality
 - Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
 - Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
 - Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with accuracy and efficiency
