Job Overview

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to inbound calls, and placing outbound calls to our valued clients and customers. Key Responsibilities

You should be flexible, with open availability to work varying hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. As an English-speaking role, proficiency in English is essential, and you should be able to listen attentively, ask probing questions, and understand concerns to provide personalized support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year preferred, although we welcome applications from talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
