• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided unique media and reports

• Process financial transactions using a retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock all retail location printing and shipping equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage
• Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork and reporting

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure, and with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move 55 pounds, bend and kneel at the waist and knees, and stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to work with minimal management, report consistently to work, and maintain established business hours to support the blithequark business
