Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting our clients' businesses and driving revenue growth
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets

Your Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using software applications and databases
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
