Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing virtual support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web, addressing billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and address customer concerns.
- Resolving issues from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
- Delivering best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Assisting customers with insurance and copay inquiries, as well as shipping needs.
- Providing technical support for customers navigating our online pharmacy platform.
- Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them.
- Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, not just resolve a single issue.
- Promoting customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Possess multitasking skills, with the ability to manage phone and computer tasks simultaneously.
- Be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Background working in a healthcare setting.
