About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Bilingual Contract Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our members. As a key member of our team, you will engage with Blithequark members via live chat and email to help them navigate our healthcare program, understand their benefits, and find the right healthcare providers for their needs. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service, education, and guidance to ensure our members get the most out of their benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to Blithequark members via chat and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits effectively.
 - Assist members in finding the right healthcare providers for their needs and help them navigate the Blithequark program.
 - Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest process improvements as needed.
 - Manage and organize your workload using Blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite.
 - Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs to ensure timely resolution.
 - Retain detailed working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance to provide accurate information to members.
 - Relay member feedback to leadership teams to improve Blithequark's solution and services.
 
Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A passion for helping people solve their problems with the ability to think creatively and empathetically.
 - Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated ability to stay calm under pressure.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
 - A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness.
 - A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and adapt to some ambiguity.
 - A strong commitment to Blithequark's mission to improve the healthcare system.

Requirements:
- Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English.
 - A quiet and distraction-free work environment with a reliable internet connection (ability to hardwire if needed).
 - A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
