Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support operations, including handling listings and support tickets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, although not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
