About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour.
Work Outline
As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Performing patient enrollment and information section tasks in accordance with state and government guidelines
 - Handling high-volume client requests, working under direct management, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
 - Maintaining up-to-date working strategies and performing obligations in accordance with company arrangements and techniques
 - Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data
 - Responsibilities may vary based on the assigned division
 
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system, utilizing blithequark's remedy information passage methodology and rules
 - Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and entering top-off orders for processing
 - Investigating to obtain missing solution data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
 - Settling all data entry-related special cases
 - Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
 - Resolving Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
 - Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
 - Identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as suitable
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school certificate or GED
 - Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing PC, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online)
 - Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
 - Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging files)
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - 18 years old or older
 - Ability to obtain a valid practitioner license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
 - At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Drug stores or broadly recognized confirmation office
 - Experience providing customer care to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
 - Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
 - Familiarity with Spanish and English
