Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician in our Front End department, you will play a critical role in leading and supporting our team of pharmacy technicians, as well as assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our long-term care customers
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and processing tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
- Minimum: $18.50
- Maximum: $34.60
Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
