Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support to cruise line clients and their guests via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise travel inquiries
- Utilize the Arise Platform to manage client programs, choose service intervals, and track performance

Essential Qualifications:
