Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business outcomes - articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation and drive strategic discussions with customers.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings.
  • Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, ensuring executive sponsorship of programs.
  • Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the blithequark account team (direct sales).
  • Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets, with deal structures aligned with defined customer outcomes and blithequark ProServe business objectives.
  • Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience.
  • 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs.
  • Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations.
  • Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following:
    • Content Production.
    • Media Supply Chain.
    • Direct to Consumer / Streaming.
    • Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization.
    • Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
