**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, expert service, and personalized solutions
* Managing production flow to ensure timely and accurate completion of production orders
* Taking customer orders, providing pricing information, and recommending blithequark products and services
* Operating complex equipment, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensuring quality during and after production
* Coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders, ensuring seamless communication among shifts
* Providing leadership to team members on assigned shifts, assisting in training, and promoting a culture of excellence
* Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
* Completing required financial paperwork, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records
* Adhering to blithequark's standard operating procedures, legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures
* Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities, including customer service, packaging, and inventory management
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent education
* 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
* Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work and maintain established business hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

* Familiarity with quality management principles and practices
* Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements
