**What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Support Representative**
As a member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including SBS products and services
* Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
* Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
