**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services. You'll work closely with our support and QA teams to improve our documentation and support policies, and collaborate with your colleagues to create a positive, supportive work environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer tickets that come in through Zendesk (email) and provide phone support when requested by the customer
* Escalate tickets when you don't have the knowledge or tools to answer the ticket
* Report to the Support Team when there are any issues or recurring problems
* Collaborate with the support and QA team to improve our documentation and support policies
* Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive, supportive work environment
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with our services and policies
**Requirements**
* 5 years of experience in customer support, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* Experience with Zendesk is preferred, but not required
* Ability to use private wifi in a secure workspace
* Possess a laptop or desktop device (preferably to which you have exclusive use)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience with SaaS or web-based services; excellent computer skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with SaaS or web-based services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
