**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy and efficiency
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner
* Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and product knowledge
* Continuously portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
* Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a basic understanding of computer applications
