Aetna is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team as a Provider Advocate & Project Team leader. Develop and implement strategies to advocate for healthcare providers and improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that align with Aetna's goals and objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and key stakeholders to drive engagement and foster partnership opportunities. Analyze data and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement. Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership, stakeholders, and project team members. Develop and implement training programs to educate providers and internal stakeholders on new processes and initiatives. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture to promote innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for Aetna to stay ahead of the curve. Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their full potential through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences to promote our mission and build relationships with key stakeholders.
