The Opportunity
Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.
The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship.
Program Details
An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, PST
• June 15 – 19: On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...
As the Category & Brand Operations Summer Intern, you will gain exposure to how our teams support key organizational initiatives by identifying areas to optimize across categories and brand programs impacted by Sephora’s brand partners. Reporting to the Brand Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting multiple categories, programs and future strategy of category and brand education in store.
What You Will Accomplish
• Identify patterns and themes in store feedback submitted through the Brand Feedback Survey and other store feedback surveys to support future enhancements to brand education visits to stores.
• Support key communication platforms for brand programming, such as Brand Education Inbox,Training Product Inbox, Hotline Online, and Kohl’s eSupport.
• Digital Training: Evaluate CatBO digital training resources for stores and brands. Identify areas for optimization, brand store engagement and accessibility. Use brand and store feedback to provide recommendations to the program owners and continue to monitor.
• Support administrative functions related to brand visits, including set up of individual brand folders, brand booking link, brand visit survey, and access.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance, categorization and organization of store and brand communication timelines, project timelines, and program related resources as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills (a must)
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Smartsheet and Tableau a plus
• Quick learner with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to taking initiative
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment
• Highly collaborative with excellent listening, driven by a strong desire to understand and meet business partner needs
• Client Focus: Prioritizes internal and external clients when making business decisions
• Experience with quantitative or qualitative data analysis is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by involvement in organizations, community involvement, sports, and other activities.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required
Eligibility Requirements
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
• Remote Internship program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
• Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions *
• Available from June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
