Summary of This Role
As a High Volume Call Center Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with our service standards. You'll receive and/or place telephone calls, answer customer questions, and respond to their needs and concerns. You'll also maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyze customer service needs, and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution and exceptional customer service
• Receive and/or place telephone calls, answering customer questions and responding to their needs and concerns
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of our products and services
• Analyze customer service needs and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed
• Enter required data into our computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
• Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates
• Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Be available to work all shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Be on camera during work hours
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
• Basic knowledge of payment processing and customer service principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
