Remote Call Center QA Specialist
                                A company is looking for a Call Center Quality Assurance Specialist for a remote, temp-to-hire position.
Key Responsibilities
• Auditing all calls that include payment processing
• Reviewing 15-20 calls per day for quality and compliance
• Assisting with reviewing policy forms, tickets, and other administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of call audit/grading experience
• Life insurance experience (preferred)
• Willingness to assist with various tasks
