About the position
Responsibilities
• Identify and rectify any complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or affiliates concerning our insurance benefits, claims processes, enrollment, and billing processes for all lines of business.
• Work directly with external brokers to establish a relationship/connection and build trust in our Health Insurance.
• Provide concierge-level support to brokers, who serve as a key acquisition channel as they sell our product in our markets.
Requirements
• 1 year or more of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to recognize and resolve medium to high-level customer service issues.
• Computer literacy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
