About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Support Agents to join our remote support team. You’ll provide chat, email, and inbound phone support. Training Schedule (Paid Certification)
• Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
Available Service Hours:
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. ET
• Monday – Thursday: 24 hours
• Friday: 12:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
Special Requirement: A minimum of 4 hours per weekend (Sat/Sun) is required.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide friendly, bilingual customer support via chat, email, and phone.
• Guide users step-by-step through registration, login, and account setup.
• Assist with course codes, access errors, product activation, and profile settings.
• Troubleshoot technical and account issues using internal tools and resources.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolution steps.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Spanish and English (business & conversational).
• 2+ years of customer support experience (chat, email, or phone).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to manage stress under pressure.
System Requirements:
• Windows 11 (latest updates installed)
• 8 GB RAM minimum
• Dual monitors required (2K or 4K supported)
• Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• USB noise-canceling headset (phone-quality audio)
