Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate client needs, recommend options, and find solutions to address client issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in printing, signs, designs, and transportation product offerings, and recommend suitable blithequark items and services to clients.
  • Process complex client orders using order systems, provide accurate pricing information, and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, move boxes and hardware, stock materials, manage the production line, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, adhering to blithequark's quality standards and guidelines.
  • Process financial transactions using a Retail Point of Sale (POS) terminal, handle cash, and make change.
  • Clean, maintain, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Stay up-to-date on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area items and signage.
  • Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capacity to remain during the entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
  • Ability to lift and move 55 pounds, twist/bend at the waist and knees, and perform other physical tasks as required.
