Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering personalized discounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns.
- Offer sales links and personalized discounts to customers, promoting our clients' products and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to stay updated on promotions, new products, and company news.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
