Job Overview

As a Director of Chance Administration at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing business processes and risk management strategies using business or consumer department data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to inform business decisions and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management policies and business processes
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources to drive business growth and improve risk management techniques
  • Develop and implement business process improvement strategies using industry and internal best practices
  • Provide complex analysis and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead business change and reengineering initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Utilize MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acknowledgment Testing (UAT), and Unix to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
  • Proven ability to interpret complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with technical, analytical, business, and non-technical teams
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading business change and reengineering initiatives

  • Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and data platforms
