About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on customers' lives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. The role is 40 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements. You'll be an integral part of blithequark's customer care team, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions and concerns.
- Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
- Deliver best-in-class service experiences for our customers, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their insurance, copays, and shipping needs, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Offer technical support to customers navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and driving long-term loyalty.
- Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to build a lasting relationship, going beyond just resolving a single issue.
- Maintain adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, promoting customer privacy and safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Proven ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
- Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Background working in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
