About the Role: Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our vibrant community, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Key Responsibilities
- Provide multi-channel support (phone, email, and text) to blithequark customers, partners, users, and community members, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand and confirm customer information, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Balance efficiency and speed in resolving issues while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Effectively use Salesforce and other internal tools to log interactions and resolve issues, ensuring accurate and efficient issue tracking.
- Collaborate with team members from various blithequark departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- A combination of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technology or logistics company, where you've developed a customer-centric approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities and customer types.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

- The ability to work a non-standard schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of our 4-day workweek arrangement.
