Job Overview

As a Voice Data Entry Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, verifying information, and completing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. You will be an integral part of our quality control process, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Key Responsibilities

  • Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required, to support data enrichment tasks for our healthcare clients.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
  • Verify information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses.
  • Responsible for timely and quality execution of tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering results that meet our high standards.
  • May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. You should be willing to work on both voice and non-voice processes, with experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience being a plus.

  • Available to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately, with a stable internet connection and a computer-savvy approach to work.
  • Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
