Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide administrative support to our team and clients, while also serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team and clients, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and efficient assistance via phone, email, and chat, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and performing data entry tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the development of new initiatives and projects.
  • Perform general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and business operations, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, customer service representative, or similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or customer service are a plus, and a degree in a related field is highly desirable.
