The WW Customer Trust Training – Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at blithequark is dedicated to designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of meaningful learning experiences that evolve with business needs.

About the Learning Experience Design Team

The LXD team at blithequark is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to support new hire, upskill, and other trainings that provide our teams with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We achieve this through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
  • Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles
  • Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
  • Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
  • Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
  • Leading efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights
  • Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
  • Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
  • Ability to embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
