The Opportunity: Join Our Customer Support & Success Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support & Success team. As the primary line of communication between our organization and customers, you will address inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises across the globe, spanning various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Advise customers on the best way to utilize our software to meet their specific needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and leveraging data to inform our support strategies.
  • Assist prospects during their trial period, ensuring they understand the product functionality and can maximize its potential.
  • Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to our Product Managers, fostering a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers to support large customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of our Support Knowledge-base, creating informative resources that empower customers to find answers independently.
  • Conduct product demos for prospects, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our platform.
  • Conduct Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers, ensuring they are getting the most out of our software and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • A keen attention to detail, recognizing that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to improve their experience and build trust in our brand.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driven by a growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Familiarity with technology, including web and mobile applications, with experience using tools like Intercom and Salesforce being a plus.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Availability to work 9am-6pm EST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
