Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing customer-focused assistance, handling customer inquiries, and helping to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve problems, deliver top-notch customer experiences, and drive changes that improve our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be motivated by blithequark's mission and determined to create a seamless support experience for our customer base.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the customer experience and the ability to solve problems with a short turnaround time for customers while maintaining a high level of empathy.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in easily understood, concise language.
  • Be familiar with banking regulations and payment processes, with compliance experience being a plus.
  • Be able to communicate cross-functionally and globally.
  • Be available to work on some weekends and holidays when needed.
