Job Overview

As a Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience to every customer. Qualifications

You should also be able to begin fulfilling obligations or responsibilities without the requirement for constant direction and be adaptable in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of athletic sneakers and apparel, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Advanced knowledge of athletic sneakers and apparel, with a strong passion for the industry
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as retail management or marketing
