About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a highly skilled client success team, focusing on initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our teams to represent one of our esteemed clients, a Business Coach, and engage with their audience on social media. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Starting new conversations with potential clients (approximately 2 hours)
  • Following up with leads and nurturing relationships (approximately 2 hours)
  • Organic account growth and optimization (approximately 2 hours)
  • Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Management and daily communication tasks (approximately 30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be expected to:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our client's reach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media sales
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced or native-level English skills (C1-C2)
  • A strong desire to work in a sales environment and earn a stable income in USD
  • A fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • A stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day, with some weekend work required)
  • Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

No prior experience is necessary, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills and willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
  • Training Stage: $150-$300
  • Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
  • Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
  • No limit on commissions
