Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent stream of images, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
  • Identify and categorize documents based on the provided documentation, using your attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that all entered data meets or surpasses established quality standards, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining the trust and confidentiality of our clients.
  • Collaborate professionally with team members as necessary, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Propose enhancements to optimize job processes, using your analytical skills and knowledge of data entry principles to identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete all daily tasks effectively, managing your time and workload to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Undertake additional basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, although it is highly desirable.
  • Highly self-motivated with a robust work ethic, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure, using your organizational skills and attention to detail to manage your workload.

  • Proficient in both reading and speaking English, ensuring that you can communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy or 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, demonstrating your proficiency in data entry skills.

Compensation and Benefits
