Job Overview

  • Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and means of access, adhering to strict security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure that proper banking protocols are completed, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management.
  • Reconcile teller transactions against branch accounting, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform banking administrative tasks and follow-ups as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Assist with the opening and management of customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
  • Participate in window operations and funnel overflow to other channels, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
