About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, and online channels. You will work in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer inquiries related to billing, insurance verification, products, and services. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, build lasting connections with our customers, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and online channels for billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, collaborating with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff when necessary.
  • Deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer insurance and copay inquiries.
  • Offer technical support for navigating our online pharmacy platform.
  • Ensure timely service to enhance customer relationships, seeing every interaction as an opportunity to build lasting connections.
  • Promote customer safety and adhere to our Work From Home policy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
  • 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
  • Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
