Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to travel bookings, reservations, client profiles, and other travel-related data into our database systems.
  • Data Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular reviews and audits of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Blithequark standards and procedures.
  • Record Organization: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, files, and documentation related to travel bookings, contracts, and client communications.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as reservations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless exchange of information and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and compile reports on key performance metrics, booking trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining data entry processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing data quality within the organization.
  • Data Protection and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and Blithequark policies regarding the handling and safeguarding of sensitive information.
  • Customer and Colleague Support: Provide assistance to customers and colleagues regarding inquiries related to data entry and information management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is essential; experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
