Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field; experience in the automotive industry an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
