Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer engagement team in creating unforgettable experiences for customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of building successful customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging innovative strategies and data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation through exceptional leadership and support.
  • Certification in customer service or customer engagement, such as ICMI or CCNA, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
