Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for greeting patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor to promote patron-employee relations. You will also serve as a first responder to accidents within the building and assist with various customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons and guests, ensuring their safety and well-being while maintaining a visibly positive and approachable composure.
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas.
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry.
  • Assist with special event set-up and operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies.
  • Find a substitute when unavailable to ensure seamless coverage.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
