Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our team in Arden Hills, MN. As a Full Stack Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for processing inbound receiving data, providing clerical support, and coordinating payroll activities. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound receiving data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring data is entered into the database efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide clerical support and payroll support, including daily entry of receiving data into the database, reconciling physical receipt of tickets against the database, and analyzing reports to identify missing tickets.
  • Save electronic tickets to specified folders and input and/or validate producer payroll data.
  • Utilize 10-key entry skills to accurately and efficiently enter data into various sales programs and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Analyze reports and identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in data entry, specifically using the 10-key, is required.
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to work at a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to clarify problems or issues and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other software applications.
  • Broad knowledge of office practices, business, and administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll processing and coordination.
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
