Key Responsibilities

- Provide Concierge-Level Support: Provide concierge-related details for clients, such as spa reservations, touring arrangements, and dinner reservations.
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Manage flight changes, seat assignments, and other travel arrangements to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Prepare Client Documents: Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and when.
- Update Daily Activity Reports: Update daily activity reports and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is always informed and up-to-date.
- Serve as Backup Travel Support: Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours.
Essential Qualifications
