Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Blithequark products, ensuring that customers receive the help they need to resolve issues and get the most out of our technology.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, using active listening skills and a customer-centric approach to de-escalate conflicts and find solutions.
  • Educate customers on Blithequark products, services, and features, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of our technology.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, working closely with our technical support teams to find solutions to customer problems.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies, ensuring that you have the latest information and skills needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our processes and services.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a tech support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
